Robert Mortensen

Robert Mortensen has extensive experience in operational roles spanning several industries, primarily focused on customer service and resource coordination. Since joining F5 Networks in July 2011 as an RMA Coordinator, Robert has successfully managed the delivery of replacement hardware to customers with valid support contracts. Prior experience includes serving as a Resourcing Coordinator at EMC Computer Systems from February 2004 to July 2011, where responsibilities included managing technical resource allocation and producing management reports. Additional roles were held at GlaxoSmithKline, Belron International Limited, Morse Group Plc, Long Distance International, PageOne Communications Limited, and Continental Airlines, showcasing a strong background in customer relations, scheduling, and administrative support. Robert Mortensen holds a Certificate of Travel and Tourism from Gillian Inglis Business College and further education at Birkdale College.
