Satheesh Jayakumar

Satheesh Jayakumar is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at F5 Networks, Satheesh drives the strategic vision and product development for the SHAPE Security Business Unit, leading a team of approximately 35 professionals. Prior to F5, Satheesh worked at MobileIron as a Software Engineering Manager, where leadership skills contributed to the successful deployment of major products to over 10 million users. At Qualcomm Atheros Inc, significant contributions included inventing and commercializing location features for chipsets used in over 2.4 billion phones. Earlier roles involved designing device drivers at Analog Devices Inc and project work during an internship at Schneider Automation. Satheesh holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Madras.
