Simon Hill

Simon Hill is a versatile leader with deep expertise in building and scaling HR strategies and programs. Currently serving as the People Strategy Lead Director at F5, Simon previously held multiple leadership roles at Meta, where they built location strategy methodologies, led the Future of Work initiative, and managed global mobility programs. Simon's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers and a Senior Manager in Global Employer Services at Deloitte. They are pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy at the University of Warwick and have a passion for endurance sports, music, volunteering, and spending time with family.
