Wayne Lo

Wayne Lo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and senior roles. Wayne started their career in 1997 with Advanced Micro Devices Inc., where they served as a Finance Manager. Wayne was responsible for managing channel and credit operations across Asia-Pacific region. In 2002, they joined Datacraft (now known as Dimension Data Asia Pacific) as a Group Controller, overseeing financial operations in several countries. Wayne then moved on to Titan Petrochemical Group Limited as a Finance Director, managing a team and handling financial operations and compliance for a Hong Kong-listed company. From 2010 to 2011, Wayne Lo worked as the Senior VP of Global Finance at MUSIC Group, where they had various responsibilities including worldwide tax planning and acting as the Deputy CFO. Following this, they joined Dimension Data as Senior Director of Financial Operations, responsible for financial operations in the Asia-Pacific region. Since 2017, Wayne Lo has been working at F5 Networks as the VP, Controller for the Asia Pacific, China, and Japan region.

Wayne Lo completed their education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Wayne earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information Systems, with a duration of 1991 to 1995. Wayne then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance, Investment, and Banking from 1996 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) from AICPA in 2014, US CPA from AICPA in 2008, Level 3 candidate from CFA Institute in 2002, and Illinois CPA from the Illinois CPA Society in 1996.
