Sofia Esteves

Sofia Esteves serves as the Head of PMO at F6S since January 2018, leading a team of over 50 Project Managers and Communication Managers to enhance the growth of startups and SMEs through EU-funded projects across eight European countries in a fully remote environment. Prior to this role, Sofia held positions such as Head of European Projects Compliance, Senior Consultant at SPI - Sociedade Portuguesa de Inovação, and National Lead for ClimateLaunchpad, showcasing extensive experience in project management, proposal writing, and international business collaboration. Sofia co-founded Flicks Systems | Specotech, Lda., and has also contributed as a Project Manager at EBN and an International Officer at the University of Porto. Sofia’s academic background includes a Master in Services Management from FEP U. Porto and a Bachelor in Languages and International Relations from the University of Porto, complemented by professional development through international exchange programs.
