FAAVM Canada serves as a global architect of systemic equity, operating at the intersection of international law and transformative socio-economics. Our mission is fundamentally anchored in the UN Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, Religious and Linguistic Minorities, as well as the core tenets of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR). By deploying multifunctional civil rights programs, we operationalize the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) for Canada’s most disadvantaged, transforming the unreachable  into stakeholders of their own destiny. We view the empowerment of visible minority men, women, and children not as an act of charity, but as a mandatory fulfillment of the Right to Development, ensuring that no member of the human family is excluded from the progress of the 21st century.

The $3.5 Billion Socio-Economic Development Council (SEDC) Trust Fund represents the highest realization of these international instruments, serving as a landmark mechanism for economic self-determination. In accordance with the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (ICERD) and the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW), this fund dismantles structural barriers through global trade mechanisms, the issuance of bonds and stocks, and the strategic acquisition of real estate. By fostering financial integrity and dignity, the SEDC translates the abstract principles of the UN Charter into a tangible global achievement. This $3.5 billion initiative is a symbol of our unwavering commitment to the human family, asserting that the economic liberation of minorities is an essential prerequisite for world peace, justice, and the collective advancement of all peoples.
