Scott Search

Scott Search is an experienced manufacturing engineer with a demonstrated history of improving safety and efficiency in various engineering roles. Currently employed at Fab-Tech Incorporated since July 2023, Scott previously held positions such as Hardware Team Lead at Greensea Systems, Inc., where responsibilities included streamlining manufacturing processes for underwater guidance systems, and Product Engineer at Harbour Industries LLC, overseeing high-risk military applications from specification to manufacturing. With a solid foundation in mechanical engineering, beginning with an AS from Daniel Webster College and a BSME from the Rochester Institute of Technology, Scott has also managed numerous projects across different sectors, including aerospace, medical, and automotive, showcasing a versatile skill set in engineering design, project management, and client interaction.
