Dwayne Bratcher

Dwayne Bratcher is an experienced professional with a background in safety management and engineering. Currently serving as the General Manager and Corporate EHS Manager at Bristol Group, Inc. since October 2022, Dwayne leads the PreCast Plant within this design-build firm. Previously, Dwayne worked as a Safety Coordinator at Morgan Foods, Inc. from February 2011 to February 2023, where responsibilities included ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting safety training, and managing emergency medical services. Dwayne's earlier role as Plant Engineering Manager at Kennametal - Conforma Clad from March 2001 to June 2008 involved overseeing plant operations and capital purchases. Dwayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
