Jonas Silva

Jonas Silva is a bilingual Plant EHS Leader with expertise in OSHA and ISO 14001/45001 compliance. Currently serving as the Plant Safety Leader at Fabcon since 2025, they implement EHS programs and develop multilingual training for staff. From 2016 to 2021, Jonas was a Safety Technician at Eberspaecher, where they pioneered the plant’s first ISO certification and reduced incident rates through behavior-based safety initiatives. They also worked as a Health Safety Environment Coordinator at both Purem by Eberspächer and Chr. Hansen, consistently achieving significant reductions in incident rates and promoting proactive safety culture across various companies. Jonas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a Technical Degree in Occupational Safety.
