Josh Hepler possesses extensive experience in project management, quality assurance, and sales within the construction and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Technician at Fabcon Precast since January 2022, Josh previously worked at RAD Engineered Wood Products in a multifaceted customer service and sales role. Prior experience includes project management and estimating at Ortiz Engineered Products, overseeing project execution and ensuring compliance with specifications. Josh has also held positions in global purchasing and scheduling at Architectural Polymers, project supervision at Concrete Safety Systems, associate project management and ISO management at Fabcon, and various operational roles throughout earlier career stages. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Management from the American Public University System.
