Stephen Mistretta

Stephen Mistretta is a seasoned professional in the proptech and financial sectors, currently serving as Chief Investment Officer and Co-Founder at Fable Homes and Fable Capital since December 2019 and December 2021, respectively. Mistretta has a strong focus on revolutionizing the UK residential market through technology-driven solutions in the Build-to-Rent and Rent-to-Buy sectors. Additionally, Stephen provides strategic advisory services to emerging companies in proptech, fintech, wealthtech, and investment sectors since January 2020. Past experience includes roles as CEO of Principled Finance Limited, where significant partnerships were established, and as a Hedge Fund Manager and Director at various firms, where successful capital raising and portfolio management resulted in exceptional returns. Mistretta holds a BSc in Computer Science from De Montfort University.
