Phil Clark

Phil Clark currently serves as Executive Chairman at Wellcome Genome Campus, with additional roles as Non Executive Director at Pinnacle Group Limited and Thriving Investments, and Chairman at Calthorpe Estates. Since February 2023, Phil Clark has been an Independent Member of the Equity Investment Committee at Pension Insurance Corporation plc and serves as an External Member of UCL Council. Phil Clark also provides strategic advice to Fable.homes and holds the position of Chairman at both Pinnacle Investments and The Academy of Real Assets. Additionally, Phil Clark has chaired the Commercial Property Forum at RICS since May 2017. Educational qualifications include participation in the Prince of Wales Business and Sustainability Programme at the University of Cambridge and a Senior Executive Programme from INSEAD, along with an MA from City, University of London, and a BSc from the University of Surrey.
