Erik Libbe is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, consulting, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as the Director of FP&A at Fabletics since April 2024, Erik previously held the position of Manager, FP&A. Erik's consulting experience includes a role as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group from September 2022 to January 2024 and a Summer Consultant position in June 2021. Prior to BCG, Erik worked as a Consultant at Anderson Strategy Group and spent approximately four years at Brunswick Corporation, where roles included Senior Analyst in Mergers & Acquisitions and Financial Leadership Development Program Associate. Erik began a career in finance with internships at Owens Corning and Masco Cabinetry. Erik holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BBA with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
