Leigh Hallisey has a diverse work experience in the fields of creative directing, creative strategy, teaching, and marketing. Leigh worked at FableVision as a Creative Director, specializing in leveraging popular culture to enhance learning and behavior change. Prior to that, they were a Creative Strategist at the same company, where they applied their media literacy skills to projects spanning different age groups and genders. Leigh also worked at Boston University as an Adjunct Professor, developing and teaching media and pop culture classes, and serving as a media expert on pop culture for the university's PR department. Additionally, they held the role of Marketing Director at Boston University.
Leigh Hallisey pursued their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from Wellesley College, where they attended from 1990 to 1994. Continuing their academic journey, they obtained a Master's degree in Popular Culture from Bowling Green State University, which they accomplished between 1995 and 1997.
