Luis Marin

Luis Marin currently serves as Plant Superintendent and Production Manager at Fabral since February 2021, following a role as Production Supervisor at Trussway Manufacturing, LLC from October 2017 to February 2021, where responsibilities included enhancing team performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Prior to this, Luis held the position of Customer Logistics Supervisor at Ryder System, Inc. from April 2015 to October 2017, overseeing transportation and dock operations for a significant account. Luis's extensive experience also includes a distinguished career in the United States Marine Corps from April 1997 to February 2015, where Luis managed logistics operations, analyzed operational requirements, and provided guidance on transportation regulations. Luis holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Central Texas College, earned between 2010 and 2013.
