Thomas Cole

Thomas Cole is a seasoned leader and co-founder of Fabri, specializing in manufacturing complex, mission-critical investment cast parts. With over 25 years of international experience across various industries, Thomas has a proven track record of empowering employees and focusing on customer-centric approaches to achieve operational excellence. Thomas held pivotal roles in numerous companies, including Vice President at Dentsply Sirona, where they led a large team in a regulated environment, and co-founded Atlantis Components, Inc., a leader in mass-customized dental implant abutments. Currently, Thomas serves as COO of Fabri while offering consulting and advisory services to early-stage companies in the 3D printing and dental sectors. Thomas holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
