Rakesh U

Rakesh U is a seasoned Senior DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in cloud technologies and infrastructure management. Currently employed at Fabric since December 2020, Rakesh specializes in serverless architecture using AWS services such as API Gateway and Lambda. Prior roles include a Senior AWS/DevOps Engineer at Synamedia, where migration of on-premises services to cloud environments was accomplished, and a Senior DevOps Engineer at Cisco, where orchestration for cloud DVR solutions was developed following Agile methodologies. Rakesh's earlier experience includes working as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Kaiser Permanente, focusing on environment automation and deployment using Ansible, as well as a Linux Admin/Build and Release Engineer at Serco. Rakesh holds a Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from the University of the Cumberlands and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Malla Reddy Engineering College.
