Steve Bailey

Steve Bailey is the Chief Operating Officer at Fabriik. Prior to their current role, Steve served as the Senior Vice President of Business Operations & Marketing at SOTI from February 2018 to April 2021. In this role, Steve was responsible for operationalizing the alignment of functional groups including Sales, Marketing, Strategic Alliances, Finance, Sales Development, Order processing, Legal and Product management to the commercial strategy and its execution. Additionally, Steve led Marketing, Global Communications & PR, Brand and Demand Generation.

Before joining SOTI, Steve served as the Director of Operations at Lazaridis Institute from September 2016 to September 2017. In this role, Steve was responsible for creating and sustaining a world-class infrastructure, financial plan, and administrative environment to support the Lazaridis Institute. This included all planning, developing and executing the Lazaridis Institute strategic plans, the annual operating and financial and funding plans.

Prior to their role at Lazaridis Institute, Steve served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Auro Technologies N.V. from February 2015 to July 2016.
