Andrew Garner

Andrew Garner is an Executive Chairman, Board Member, and Advisor with extensive international experience across diverse industries. They began their career as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company and later served as the European Change Leader for General Electric. Garner has held positions such as CEO of Delta P Partners, a change management consulting firm, and has been involved in driving operational excellence in organizations like NESTE and dss+. Currently, they serve as an Executive Chairman at Baker Boys and an Independent Board Member at FABRUM, while also contributing to Hectre as a Board Member. Garner earned a PhD and BE (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering and Management from the University of Canterbury.
