For over a decade, the Fabulous Arts Foundation (FabAF) has been a vital catalyst for the LGBTQ+ community across Sarasota and Manatee counties. Born out of the legacy of the Harvey Milk Festival, we amplify regional queer and trans voices by fusing contemporary art, music, performance, and film with deep-rooted community advocacy.
Operating out of our flagship space, the 925 Maddox Gallery + LGBTQ+ Center, we champion social justice, support emerging LGBTQIA+ artists, and provide life-affirming peer support networks and mental health resources. At FabAF, we believe that art has the power to spark conversation, challenge stigma, and build a more inclusive, resilient Florida Suncoast.
Connect with us to explore partnership opportunities, artist calls, and ways to support our mission.
