Caroline Pham has a diverse work experience. Caroline began their career as a Major Account Assistant at CYBERGUN SA Euronext Listed, where they worked from October 2009 to September 2012. Caroline then joined SEPHORA as a Beauty Advisor, focusing on makeup sales and client satisfaction, from September 2012 to September 2013. Caroline moved on to Neteven, where they worked as an Account Manager, responsible for managing projects on various marketplaces and providing guidance to customers on optimizing their accounts and increasing sales, from January 2014 to December 2015. Caroline then advanced to the role of Key Account Manager at Neteven, where they continued to excel in account management and commercial development, from January 2016 to August 2017. Caroline further expanded their career at Ludendo as a Marketplace Manager, responsible for managing online sales platforms, from September 2017 to February 2020. Currently, Caroline holds the position of Head of Customer Success Southern Europe at Facelift bbt, a role they assumed in February 2020. Throughout their career, they have also volunteered as a firefighter at SDIS 77 since September 2016.

Caroline Pham pursued their education in a chronological order, beginning with their studies at Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) from 2007 to 2009. During this time, they obtained a PCEM1 degree in Medicine. Following this, they attended CFA IMC Alternance from 2009 to 2011, achieving a BTS (Brevet de Technicien Supérieur) in International Trade. In 2011, they furthered their education at UPEC, completing their Bachelor's degree in International Trade. Later, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Master's degree in Supply Chain at ESCE International Business School.
