Jon Skolnick

Jon Skolnick, Ed.L.D, serves as the CEO of Family & Child Empowerment Services (FACES) SF since November 2021, focusing on educational and employment opportunities for low-income families in San Francisco. Prior to this role, Jon was a Senior Consultant with Koru Strategy Group, Setser Group, and TLPartners, where collaboration with educational and nonprofit organizations on strategy and leadership took place. As the Executive Vice President for Programs and Strategy at Educational Alliance from June 2016 to May 2020, Jon led strategic planning and evaluation initiatives for a large social services and education nonprofit. Educational experience includes a doctoral residency at TNTP, consulting for various educational organizations, and leadership roles within the NYC Department of Education that contributed to innovative school designs and programs. Jon holds a Doctorate in Education Leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education, a Master of Science in Teaching from Pace University, and an undergraduate degree from Brown University.
