Rui Bao

Rui Bao currently serves as the Chief Business Official for Belmont-Redwood Shores School District since 2020 and is a Board Member for FACES SF since 2023. Previously, Rui Bao held multiple positions at Caliber Schools: Education Reimagined from 2014 to 2019, including Head of Strategy & Analytics as a Broad Resident, Head of Data and New School Development, and Special Projects Manager. Prior experience includes a role as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company from 2010 to 2014 and participation in the Youth Partnership Team at America's Promise from 2005 to 2010. Additionally, Rui Bao had a brief fellowship at United Way in 2008 and worked in communications at Anheuser-Busch from 2005 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree from The Broad Center for the Management of School Systems and a BA in Ethics, Politics, and Economics from Yale University.
