Karl Sweeney

Karl Sweeney is the current CFO at Facet. Prior to joining Facet, Karl served as the CFO at Numetric from June 2016 to June 2019. During their time at Numetric, Karl was responsible for driving customer retention and focused on delivering value above the contract. Prior to Numetric, Karl served as the Mission President of the Scottsdale Arizona LDS Mission from July 2013 to June 2016. In this role, Karl was responsible for leading the mission and teaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. Prior to their time at the LDS Church, Karl was a partner and COO at Oak Capital Group/Aspen Partners from July 2011 to June 2013. In this role, Karl was responsible for driving customer retention and focused on delivering value above the contract. Prior to Oak Capital Group/Aspen Partners, Karl served as the CFO of AtlanticBlue from January 2010 to June 2011. In this role, Karl was responsible for the financial strategy and direction of the company. Prior to AtlanticBlue, Karl served as the VP of Strategy and Innovation at Marriott Vacation Club International from January 2004 to August 2008. In this role, Karl was responsible for developing and executing Marriott's Vacation Club's innovation strategy.
