Doug Shea

Doug Shea, MBA, is a dynamic operations executive and strategy leader with extensive experience driving change and fostering value across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at FACETS, Doug works to empower vulnerable communities by providing critical social services. Previously, they held pivotal roles at Krum, Gergely, & Oates, LLC and American Airlines, where they showcased their skills in strategic planning and operations leadership. Doug holds an MBA from Loyola University Maryland and is pursuing several advanced certifications, including a Master’s Certificate in Organizational Behavior from Harvard Extension School.
