Amanda Boyles

Amanda Boyles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and operational engineering. Currently serving as the Quality and Operational Engineering Manager for Facil since July 2023, Amanda previously held quality management positions at Boardman Molded Products Inc. and STANLEY Engineered Fastening. Notably, at Flambeau, Inc., Amanda managed quality, materials, and production scheduling for a prominent injection molding facility. Amanda also contributed to environmental initiatives by transitioning KraftMaid Cabinetry to ISO 14001 and served as a Quality Manager at Wetzel, Inc., where involvement in ISO 9001 and TS 16949 compliance was key. Amanda holds a degree from Kent State University, further solidifying a robust foundation in quality and operational standards.
