Hien Pham

Hien Pham, CPIM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and purchasing planning. Currently serving as Key Account Manager at Facil since February 2025, Hien Pham manages commercial relations with VinFast, focusing on pricing and contracts. Previously, Hien Pham held various roles at VinFast from November 2018 to February 2025, including Global Purchasing Planning Manager, where oversight of inbound material planning across multiple global plants was a key responsibility. Additional roles included Data Management Team Lead, where Hien Pham successfully launched the VF3 project, and Supply Planning Lead, supervising a large team and managing numerous suppliers for electric vehicle production. Earlier experience includes material planning at B. Braun Group and production control at Canon Vietnam. Hien Pham holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the National Economics University, Vietnam, and graduated with excellence in Chemistry from Nguyen Trai High School for gifted students.
