Paul Vandervlis is the Director of Strategic Partnerships - ANZ at Facilio, bringing over 20 years of experience in the property and facilities management industry. They have previously served as General Manager of Facilities Services at Investa Property Group, leading a significant property portfolio and overseeing various technical services and sustainability initiatives. Paul has also held roles in the Australian Army as an Electrical Fitter/Mechanic and Refrigeration Mechanic, and has extensive project management and leadership experience across multiple organizations including TAFE NSW and Knight Frank. Passionate about sustainability and innovation, Paul is committed to making a positive impact through their work in facilities management.
