Danuta McCall

Director and Lead Consultant at Facilitate

Danuta McCall has worked in a variety of roles since 1974. Danuta began their career as a Senior Research Technician at the Southern California Coastal Water Research Project, where they worked as a biologist under Dr. Alan Mearns and Dr. Jack Word on Benthic studies. In 1978, they moved to Consorzio Artigianato Artistico Veneziano, where they served as a Business Development Assistant. Danuta then joined Exxon Office Systems in 1981 as an Account Representative. In 1984, they began working at IBM Global Services, where they held the roles of Principal, Business Consulting Services, Higher Education Segment Manager, and Marketing Representative/Marketing Manager. In their role as Marketing Representative/Marketing Manager, they were an account marketing representative on major accounts in the aerospace industry, developing consultative relationships with key executives to identify and propose IBM solutions. Danuta met or exceeded multi-million dollar quotas yearly. In 2002, they joined Facilitate.com as the Director and Lead Consultant, where they managed training and service delivery for clients who used the company's web-based meeting and decision-making software, FacilitatePro. Danuta also consulted with clients on design and facilitation techniques, especially when transitioning from face-to-face to virtual meetings.

Danuta McCall attended UCLA Anderson School of Management from 1982 to 1984, where they obtained their MBA in Marketing and Management Information Systems. Danuta also holds a B.A. in Marine Biology from University of California, Berkeley.
