Michele Been has a strong background in project management, estimation, and office management within the construction industry. Starting as an Engineer/Office Manager at MHY Construction in 1995, Michele progressed through various roles at companies like Gray Construction, R.D. Olson Construction, and Miles & Kelley Construction, gaining experience in project coordination, scheduling, contracting, purchasing of materials, and more. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Facility Builders & Erectors, Inc., Michele provides administrative support, completes various construction projects, and handles customer billings and change orders. Prior roles include Estimating/Office Manager positions at Patina Old World Flooring/Henderson Wood Floors and Pacificore Construction.
