Robert McGill, a 38-year veteran of the commercial floor covering industry, has launched Facility Flooring Consultants (FFC), a full-service commercial flooring provider offering sustainable and environmentally safe carpet and floor care, maintenance, installation, cleaning and disinfection.


McGill’s mission with FFC is to offer and install commercial flooring quickly, efficiently, and cost-effectively while using the greenest products on the market and by providing the highest quality service and maintenance possible.


He backs up that goal not only with his experience as a longtime floor covering executive, including 15 years as the VP of Enterprise Accounts for leading flooring company RD Weis/Diverzify from May 2010-September 2025, but with extensive experience and expertise in project management, business development and consulting at both the contract dealer and carpet mill sides of the commercial floor covering business.


His roles in the industry have included customer account management and new business development, including for corporate, educational, healthcare, retail and property management clients throughout the U.S. and Canada.


McGill’s specialties involve everything from product and installation specifications, commercial real estate (CRE) facilities, and flooring & life cycle analysis, to carpet cleaning, tile & grout restoration, urethane floor coating, architectural finishes restoration, project consulting and objective solutions provider, as well as being an expert in best practices for commercial real estate disinfection.
