Joe Pascal

Joe Pascal has a strong background in sales and business development. Joe is currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Facility Grid since 2022. Prior to this, Joe worked at CoStar Group from 2009 to 2021, where they held the position of Vice President of Sales, Major Accounts. In this role, they led a team responsible for strategic major accounts and played a key role in developing and driving major account growth strategies. Before joining CoStar Group, Joe worked at Property & Portfolio Research as a Senior Sales Executive and Sales Representative from 2002 to 2009. Joe also served as the Director of Business Development at BroadVision from 1999 to 2001. Overall, Joe Pascal has a wealth of experience in sales leadership and strategic account management.

Joe Pascal received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Rochester Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 2006 to 2009.
