At Facility Issues, we combine and simplify your facilities management metrics into a single set of scorecards and use it to identify where organizations may be over-performing or under-delivering by benchmarking their results with peers.

We specialise in Facility Management Benchmarking for complex buildings/portfolios, such as utilities, museums, micro-climate laboratories, and critical facilities.

SCORECARDS
Our Facility Management Scorecard is designed to extract the data currently held in different systems and files and consolidate it into a concrete set of metrics for easy reference, so you can work smarter and more efficiently.

This includes your finance system with actual costs/budgets, spreadsheets with property data, facility work order system(s), and other sources of relevant data.

BENCHMARKING
Having quick access to data is important, but unless you have comparative data for context, it’s hard to know how competitive you are. Equipped with the data from your Scorecard, we’ll invite you to input your data (or connect it) with our system, so we can benchmark your performance with similar organizations. You’ll be given an identity code to keep your details anonymous along with our latest insights and recommendations for best practices.

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP
When Facility Managers have this information to hand, and awareness of the operational plans/objectives of the organization, they are in the perfect position to identify cross-business unit synergies and help leaders make the right choices. Along with personal support, we also provide “best practice networking meetings” where participants can share their experiences and insights.

In fact, our Research Facilities group saved more than $158 million in the last 5-years – an average of about $1.25 per square foot annually by equipping Facility Manager to become strategic partners in their organization.
