Ron Leonard

Ron Leonard is an experienced Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator with a career spanning over a decade in various roles within the wastewater management industry. Currently employed at Facility Services Management, Inc. since March 2019, Ron previously held positions at Emcor Government Services and the City of Bisbee, where responsibilities included overseeing treatment plant operations and maintenance, managing sewer collection systems, and serving as superintendent. Ron started as a Senior Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator at the City of Bisbee from 2004 to 2010, contributing significantly to the implementation of new wastewater treatment technology.
