Lorie Cook

Lorie Cook is an experienced professional with a background in customer service and support roles. Currently serving as a Support Center Supervisor at FacilitySource since September 2014, Lorie previously worked as a Customer Service Representative at Pohler & Associates, which involved supporting the Ohio Attorney General's office. Prior to that, Lorie held the position of Call Center Manager at Owens Corning Basement Systems and was a Team Leader for the Cardmember Assistance Team at Discover Financial Services from February 1988 to June 2007.
