Eda Dishnica

Eda Dishnica is an experienced professional in the field of business analysis and application management. Currently serving as the Creatio Applications Manager at Facilization since January 2022, Eda has previously held significant roles including Business Analyst at BALFIN - Balkan Finance Investment Group from October 2017 to January 2022, and Lead Business Analyst at Communication Progress from August 2014 to September 2017. Eda's earlier career includes positions as Adjunct Lecturer at the Faculty of Economy, University of Shkodra "Luigj Gurakuqi," and Senior Business Analyst at IMB - Instituti i Modelimeve në Biznes. Eda holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana and is a Certified Accountant through The Institute of Authorized Chartered Auditors of Albania (IEKA).
