Gerti Mitre is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and account management, currently serving as the Director of Sales and Account Management at Facilization since 2012. In this role, Gerti Mitre develops and executes strategic plans for business growth, manages sales and solution offerings, and prioritizes client satisfaction. Gerti Mitre has a strong ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and partners while effectively communicating Facilization’s value proposition. Previously, Gerti Mitre held the position of Manager of Core Banking and Payments, overseeing the management of Core Banking portfolios and ensuring successful customer transformational projects. Gerti Mitre began a career in IT supervision at Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania from 2006 to 2009. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Software Systems Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the American University in Bulgaria.
