Roald Gjermani

Roald Gjermani has extensive experience in risk management and consulting, currently serving as Manager of the Applications Department and Lead Consultant at Facilization since September 2014. Prior to this role, Roald held the position of Head of Risk Reporting & Analysis Department at Crédit Agricole Albania Bank from June 2012 to September 2014, where responsibilities included project management in credit risk, preparation of key risk indicators, and collaboration with various bank management authorities. Roald's earlier experience includes roles at Emporiki Bank Albania, where duties spanned risk report preparation, compliance with regulatory standards, and monitoring of credit portfolios. Roald holds both a Bachelor and Master of Science in Finance from the University of Tirana, completed in 2007.
