Brian Nolan

Brian Nolan has extensive experience in public health and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director at GFA - Greg Facktor & Associates, Inc. since May 2016, Brian previously held multiple roles at the Community Clinic Association of Los Angeles County from January 2001 to March 2016, including Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Member Services, and Director of Programs. At the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services from August 1992 to December 2000, Brian contributed as a DHS Representative to the Children's Services Interagency Consortium and held positions such as Deputy Director, Office of Planning and Health Analyst in the Office of AIDS Programs & Policy. Early in career, Brian directed the Puerto Cortés Branch of the International Language Institute in Honduras from January 1988 to June 1990. Brian holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Yale University School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Aeronautical & Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University.
