Shellie Rone

Shellie Rone is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality improvement and care coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in CQI at Facktor since March 2023, Shellie previously held the position of Quality Improvement Specialist at Public Health Services-San Diego County, where responsibilities included overseeing QI projects and chairing the Quality Improvement Champions Committee. Shellie's earlier roles include Care Coordination & QI Manager and Quality Improvement Coordinator at Imperial Beach Community Clinic, focusing on managing case managers, overseeing clinical quality measures, and creating outreach programs for at-risk populations. Shellie began the professional journey with an outreach intern position and holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from National University, complemented by education at Montana State University-Bozeman.
