Allison Smith

Allison Smith is a seasoned Product Development, Sourcing, Production & Operations Director with extensive experience in the fashion industry. They began their career as a Production Assistant at Sweet Baby Jess and progressed to roles such as Product Agent at We Be Bop Kids, ultimately serving as Design Manager and Product Development at Nordstrom from 1997 to 2008. At Façonnable, they held several key positions from 2008 to 2016, including Product Director and Brand & Collection Coordination Manager, where they directed operations and coordinated multicultural teams to achieve strategic milestones. Allison earned a BA in Apparel Design/Manufacturing from the University of Wisconsin-Stout between 1991 and 1995.
