Elissa does human-centered product, research, and accessibility work from her home base in Maryland. Prior to Factal, Elissa led teams of researchers and communicators who helped make government websites and APIs meet their users' needs. She holds a Master's degree in Museum Education and had a first career at the US Holocaust Memorial Museum, where she created in-museum experiences both digital and physical.
