Chris L. Marsh

Chris L. Marsh is an experienced executive with an exceptional track record of guiding young companies through strong growth and creating shareholder value. Marsh has over 30 years of expertise in software-as-a-service, fintech, life sciences, and MedTech. He has also been active in the transportation, cold storage, real estate, and telecommunications industries.

Marsh was a co-founder of Facteus and most recently served as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Prior to joining Facteus as CEO, Marsh was CEO of Pulse Health, a medical and data technology company. He also was president and CEO of Unicru, a developer of software-as-a-service talent management enterprise solutions, which was acquired by Kronos. Marsh has also held executive positions at E*Trade, Card Capture Services, and Greenbrier Logistic Companies.

Chris is also board emeritus for the Oregon chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.

Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Oregon State University and is a graduate of the executive education program at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
