Ruth Benito Blanco

Ruth Benito Blanco is an experienced professional in the field of training and development, currently serving as Socia Directora de Facthum and Directora de Formación y Desarrollo en Facthum Training since April 2009. Specializing in the design and implementation of tailored training projects for competency development, Ruth employs a custom pedagogical intervention structure for each client. Prior experience includes serving as Directora de Desarrollo- Key Account Manager, focused on launching new business lines and managing major accounts at Global Group Internacional in Chile from January 2006 to March 2007, and a nine-year tenure at Global Group where Ruth progressed from Técnico to Directora Comercial. Ruth holds a Licenciatura in Ciencias de la Información from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Master's degree in Dirección Comercial y Marketing from ESIC Business & Marketing School.
