Mika Dray

Mika Dray is an experienced Recruitment Specialist currently serving as the Recruiting Lead at Factify. Previously, Mika held various roles including Talent Acquisition and HR Specialist at Habana Labs, where they led end-to-end recruitment and enhanced employer branding. With a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Communications from the University of Haifa, Mika has a strong background in HR Consulting and Technical Recruiting, complemented by earlier experience in the Israel Air Force and other HR positions.
