Jen brings over 20 years of sales experience, including 10 years of sales leadership. She has built sales teams and crafted sales strategies across various industries; all while being recognized for her ability to drive revenue goals. In 2020, Jen transitioned from sales leadership to coaching and started her own coaching company. Jen joined Factor 8 in 2021 after searching for the perfect combination of coaching and team building to truly let her strengths shine.
