C. Ray Harvey

C. Ray Harvey has been working in the technology industry since 2009. Their first role was as Director of Strategic Services at Aptera Software, Inc., where they directed the marketing and business analysis departments, collaborated with the team on Aptera's marketing strategy, and pushed continuous improvement of processes. C. Ray also held roles as a Senior Business Analyst, Creative Director, Project Clarity Specialist, and Content Manager. In 2020, they moved to Factor AE, where they are currently a Product Specialist. In this role, they are responsible for product design, sales, onboarding, support, and building office furniture. Factor AE is a software platform designed to provide architecture and engineering firms with a simpler way to manage their projects, time, and invoicing.

C. Ray Harvey obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English and Music from Purdue University Fort Wayne between 2005 and 2012. C. Ray also holds several certifications, including Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org (2020), Dare to Lead Trained from Dare to Lead\u2122 Trained (2019), Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org (2019), Certified ScrumMaster\u00ae from Scrum Alliance (2017), Growth-Driven Design Certification from HubSpot (2016), and Inbound Certification from HubSpot (2016).
