Rob Gitelis is the founder of Factor Bikes (2025–present) and the chief executive officer of Factor Bikes-Black Inc Wheels (2015–present). They previously served as president of Precision Manufacture Group (1999–2011) and Evolution Manufacturing (2011–2017). They earned a chemical engineering degree from the University of Miami (1985–1989).
