Dac Tran

Dac Tran has a diverse range of work experience in the field of digital design. Dac is currently working as a Senior Art Director at Factor San Francisco. Prior to this, they served as the Digital Experience Design Lead, Consumer at Shaw Communications, where they were responsible for the conceptual development and creative execution of interactive experiences on Shaw.ca and My Shaw account management. Before joining Shaw Communications, Dac worked at Critical Mass as a Senior Art Director, where they conceptualized and executed digital design solutions for clients such as INFINITI USA, Nissan USA, and Nissan Global. Dac also held roles as an Art Director and Senior Designer at Critical Mass, where they provided art production and visual QA for various projects. Additionally, Dac worked as a Digital Designer at WAX partnership incorporated and as a Designer (Intern) at Critical Mass. Dac began their career as a QA Specialist and Designer at KnowledgeWhere Corp. and a Designer at Useful Networks.

Dac Tran completed a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communications Design - Graphic Design from Alberta University of the Arts from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained an Object Oriented Software Technology Diploma in Software Development from the University of Calgary - Continuing Education in 2003. Their earliest degree is a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in General Studies, which they earned from the University of Calgary between 1998 and 2003.
