Jola Hyjek

Jola Hyjek is the Founding Partner and Chief Creative Officer at Factor San Francisco, where they have led the growth of the creative agency from its humble beginnings in a kitchen to a 100-person team. Prior to Factor, Jola served as an Associate Creative Director at companies such as Razorfish and Organic, working with high-profile clients such as Google, Shopify, Intel, and Sony. With a BFA in Graphic Design from New York Institute of Technology, Jola has built a successful career in the creative industry.
